Vodafone adopts Digitalk’s Mobile Cloud for MVNOs
Digitalk, a mobile virtual network enabler (MVNE), has announced that it will be supporting Vodafone to host and integrate mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) brands with its network.
Vodafone has adopted Digitalk’s Mobile Cloud, a fully integrated end to end service that allows MVNOs to quickly and efficiently launch a bespoke range of functions, including CRM and billing, supporting pre and post-paid services.
Digitalk’s Mobile Cloud makes it simple for established MVNO brands to migrate their services; it is equally well suited to market entrants that require the scalability and flexibility to launch a differentiated mobile brand. The Digitalk Mobile Cloud offers multiple options for network, service and management integration so that MVNOs can confidently launch a unique mobile offering, the company stated.
The Digitalk Mobile Cloud supports the roll out of targeted promotions and bundles, including bespoke pre and post-paid billing options. MVNOs can also develop a range of value-added services which can be adapted in real time to meet the specific demands of their customers.
With integrated payment options, CRM, multi-language IVR and voicemail, integrated subscriber messaging, and flexible call routing, an MVNO can roll out a broad range of services without having to deploy multiple additional components to the network.
Mark Ashdown, chief strategy officer at Digitalk, explained: “Today’s MVNO propositions are based on a unique set of features that are specific to a particular market and customer demand, and the ability to personalise services and products is vital for long term success. With Digitalk Mobile Cloud, we’ve developed a mobile services platform that is flexible and simple to deploy. It can be customised to suit the needs of individual businesses. Our partnership with Vodafone and its use of Mobile Cloud fully validates this approach.”
