Adds multi-accounts and support for various printer systems

Features such as monitoring the earnings of each device and granting or revoking permission to give refunds can all be controlled and analysed from a single place. Multi-accounts is available today for iOS users, while the Android version will be released shortly. payleven is also announcing support for various printer systems.
