New home management IoT system available to Telecom Italia customers
Essence, a provider of M2M, cloud-based connected living solutions, is offering its WeR@Home connected home solution to the customer base of Telecom Italia, the largest communications service provider in Europe.
Telecom Italia customers can install the wireless, battery operated system in less than 20 minutes, as well as automate and manage their homes remotely with its simple and intuitive mobile and web-based apps.
The modular and scalable solution enables Telecom Italia to begin with basic services and add options as mass adoption develops. Essence has developed a remote update and management tool, ensuring that once the system is in place, Telecom Italia will not need technicians for maintenance, controlling costs.
